Rental Policies

We're not that picky, but we just have a few rules and guidelines to follow!

  • All Rentals include free cancellations up to 60 days before the commencement of the reservation
  • There are no cancellations with the 60 day period prior to the reservation
  • We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance, which can protect against weather and other events, family health and death issues, and other factors that could affect their stay
    • These policies are available at a modest cost. Numerous companies offer them, and they can be found by Googling "Trip Cancellation Insurance"

During high seasons, such as Winter and Summer, bookings are for a minimum of a week from Saturday to Saturday.
